Testimonials
The following are
some testimonials about
Chase Wickersham,
Principal of Sunrise Associates, sent by his clients.
|
| I am the owner of a pump and
instrument distribution company. I have known Chase Wickersham for
many years. Chase is a leader with a great many
followers; followers I might add that were all independent
businessmen. Chase was looked upon with respect by the owners of the
various distributorships. He was also welcome in our business as a
teacher.
Our salesmen always looked forward to
Chase's visits each year. I did too because soon after his visit our
sales rose. Can I say more.
David E. Hungerfotd II,
CEO
Pump Services Corporation |
| In my
seven years of professional association with Chase
Wickersham, I have witnessed some great goal setting and
goal hitting achievements. These achievements were
accomplished with aggressive strategies, showmanship,
and creativity. At the expense of pontification may I
sum up my best analysis of Chase: Results.

Ryan Herco Products |
| I have
known Chase Wickersham for over eight (8) years, and
during that time have come to respect him a great deal.
He quickly
became regarded as an exceptional leader because he was
a unique blend of strict financial manager, and
enthusiastic salesman all in one.
His ability to
continually motivate a very diverse world-wide
distribution organization was a challenge that he seemed
to not only excel at, but also enjoy. Certainly Chase's
managerial qualities are excellent, but it is his
leadership and motivational skills which make him a
pleasure to work with and an exceptional Manager.

| It was
my pleasure to work with Chase Wickersham. Chase always greatly
impressed me with his grasp of business problems and
situations. His particular expertise was in the area of
business planning and training programs. He has my
highest recommendation for his capabilities in assisting
you in these and other general business areas. I would
be happy to entertain any questions or information you
might like to exchange. John J. Patterson,

| We
have worked with Mr. Chase Wickersham over many years.
During that time, we have
successfully worked through various marketing and sales
strategies which allowed Simone Engineering to become
successful at selling his products. A vital part of
that involvement has been Mr. Chase Wickersham who has
been the individual who established our relationship. Subsequently, he has also provided training
and sales programs for our people.
Because of his intense
interest and special abilities, he has provided special
insights into the business as well as sales techniques
that have allowed us to remain on the leading edge of
our business. He has also helped us to keep up-to-date
on the latest tools necessary to be a top producer in
the instrumentation and controls marketplace.
I think Chase has a
unique ability to be abreast of current trends. He can
visualize and communicate what is required to meet those
needs. We consider our association with him to be a
valuable asset to us.

| On
reflection - I miss you. I have tried to come to grips
with your being out of my life and have tried to decide
whether it's just a matter of 1) I've grown accustomed
to your face, or, 2) A vital form of energy is no longer
part of my life. Much as I thought is was the former, I
must admit, after due consideration, that it's the
latter. I guess what it comes down to, is that it is
very difficult to work with someone in a dynamic growth
situation and not become emotionally caught up as a
consequence of such a relationship.
I have always had a
great respect for your aggressive marketing approach and
dynamic ideas in looking for new avenues in which to
increase business. Although I haven't always agreed with
you from a marketing standpoint, I certainly always
respected your motivation in helping our business grow. To no small degree you were a
factor in the emergence of our own company from strictly
a manufacturers representative into one doing new
ventures as far as distribution and system fabrication.
I share your enthusiasm.
I know you will be a major asset to any venture that you
embark upon, and I wish you every success in the future.

| Chase,
you
were always very excited about your program and always tried to make things
exciting for us at the same time. You succeeded well,
and the bottom line also proved that. I am sure you will
carry that kind of excitement and success on into your
other relationships. I
think your selection of training and development of
executives is well suited to your efforts. I would
highly compliment you on the last two-professional sales
meetings that were held annually there in California. It
was a very professional job with a lot of pizazz, new
approaches and general fun. What I enjoyed most about
your approach was your desire to have new ideas in the
business. This is what I think a business requires more
than anything else.

| Buda
Equipment and Controls has been working with Chase for
the past fourteen (14) years.
There are many things I
could tell you about Chase, but one particular thought
comes to mind immediately. Chase has a grasp of the
business climate. He has always kept informed of what is
going on in the world around him. Not only has he been a
tremendous learning source for the success of my
business direction, he has always taken whatever time we
needed to listen and understand our problems.
Chase is a leader, in all
aspects of the word. It has been a pleasure partnering
with him, and I know he will be an asset to anyone who
would choose to learn from his extensive background.

| In my
career, I have found it wise to observe what makes one
successful, such as leadership skills, marketing skills,
entrepreneurship ability, etc. and draw on those
principles to suit my own personality and the Emoryy L.
Wilson & Associates culture. You have visited me and
Emory L. Wilson & Associates more as a motivator than a
"sales manager" who looks at "quotations, quotas, etc."
You have offered suggestions in dealing with the various
stumbling blocks (the source of the stumble more than
the treatment) that prevented sales. Chase,. quite
frankly, we're going to miss this.
I can truthfully say that
your enthusiasm and motivation have really challenged me
and provided me with sales leadership principles that
I'm using in all phases of our business. I intend to
keep in contact with you and who knows, perhaps we can
use your services when you establish yourself in your
new adventure.

| I have
know Chase Wickersham for close to 10 years.
WACO Associates and I have both benefited greatly by our
association with Chase.
Chase has always been a
progressive, enthusiastic proponent of new approaches to
business development. He has excellent insights into the
game of business. He is always looking for new and
creative ways to deal with the challenges of the
business environment. He was always interested in not
only our business, but also the personal part of our
lives. He showed a genuine concern for our welfare. It
was always a pleasure working on a project with Chase.
In the span of my career,
I have met very few individuals who I can truly say
helped me personally and our organization grow
significantly, Chase is one of those individuals. During
Chase's time with us, he assisted our organization in
developing compound growth of their products in excess
of 20% per year for over a 5-year period. As significant
as this growth in sales revenues was, it represents only
the tip of the iceberg of the benefits we derived from
our relationship with Chase. I would encourage anyone to
explore mutual opportunities with Chase Wickersham.
